Design engineering, fabrication and installation of iron canopy with glass roof panels and lighted sign. Design engineering of iron doorjamb and transom. Provided antique doors. Provided all hardware, locks and closures and installed them to meet all current and applicable codes.

Complete fabrication and installation of storefront. Provided all wood – old growth, recycled lumber. All moldings were custom milled. Installed copper sills and flashings.

Main dining room.Fabricated and installed storefront with double door. Fabricated wide plank flooring, milled from re-sawn old growth timber. Provided salvaged moldings for all door trim, paneling and baseboards. Provided antique planks to repair burned portion of roof deck.
